A team of developers works at a new SNES emulator for the Amiga, which will be written completely in Assembler, which results in a high emulation performance. There will be also a PPC-only mode, which will also be written in Assembler. The emulator shall become useable with a 68040 or better.
Matthias "AmiDog" Roslund released a new revision of the N64 emulator TrueReality. It can be downloaded from www.amidog.com/. There is also a new revision of DarcNES. DarcNES is a multi console emulator. Because all good things come in threes AmiDog also released a new revision of the Sega Mega Drive emulator AmiGenerator. So, now quickly browse to www.amidog.com/ and download the new emulators.
Juan Antonio Gomez Galvez published a new revision of his AmiMSX emulators on his home page. It is revision 3.0, which is still beta. So you can say, that this revision is a preview.
A new multi GUI for nearly any emulator was published in the Aminet this month. The GUI called Nostalgia has got a high quality graphic (Caution: high resolution!) and also supports the PPC. Who wants to control all his emulators with one program, should take a look on Nostalgia.
