An interview with Nintendo in which they spoke about the legality of emulators and commercial ROMs was published recently. Nintendo says, that any ROM was illegal and that they mustn't be loaded from the Internet, even when posessing the original. This interview was also published in an commented edition. In this edition Nintendo is critisized, because many things they said were not the truth. The PC Nintendo64 emulator is also considered illegal, according to Nintendo.
