• The aMozillaX homepage moved - again. The new URL is: http://www.freeamiga.org/amozillax.html. A first public beta verion of the WWW browser is expected for this June.


• The well-known text editor system GoldED Studio is available in revision 6. A demo version can be downloaded from http://members.tripod.com/golded/page06.htm.


• Gunnar Edel reports: »The very good MIDI-soft Bars&Pipes Prof. can be downloaded from the web. Address: http://members.theglobe.com/geoarn/download.html.«


• The price of the MIDI-/Audio sequencer Camouflage was reduced to 159.00 DEM (approx. 81.12 Euros). An update to revision 3.0 is included. Further informations are available on http://www.work.de/camouflage.


• The HD recording software PlayHD has been renamed to 'Audio Evolution' due to addition of new features. Further informations and a demo version can be gotten from http://www.wentzler.limit.nl/.


• The hardware and software manufacturer A.C.T. officially left the Amiga market. But they said, they want to continue developing of existing products on a private base, if there is enough time for this. So a digital I/O module for the sound card Prelude will be released and there are new revisions of the sound editing software Samplitude Opus planned.


• The homepage of the eMail software YAM (http://www.yam.ch) was completely revised. There are two new programs, which check for new eMails resp. creating a local SMTP/POP3 environment without starting YAM.


• Now the German Amiga magazine Amiga Special has its own homepage in the Internet. The URL is http://www.amigaspecial.de.


• The CD³²-Allianz of Thorsten Schoelzel has started an online survey on their homepage (http://home.t-online.de/home/thorty-amiga/). From now on the organization can be contacted via its own eMail address (CD32-Allianz@gmx.de).


• Jens Thos writes: »There is a mailing list in German available about/for the Amiga available. It's named D-Amiga and can be found on OneList.com. Further informations can be found on http://fly.to/damiga.«


• Good news for customers of the Deutsche Bank: Homebanking no longer needs a browser capable of Java resp. JavaScript. There aren't any problems with Voyager (at least I didn't have any).
