The text below are the conditions of use of Tag-o-Miga.  I feel that these conditions are reasonable for a program such as Tag-o-Miga.  If you do not agree to abide by any of these terms, you must delete Tag-o-Miga from your computer.  

Note that "Tag-o-Miga" refers to the complete contents of the archive "TagoMxxx.yyy" (where xxx refers to the platform name or 'SRC' for source code and yyy refers to the archival method) as can be found at Digital Dilemma BBS (2:255/90.0) or in the directory "comm/misc" on Aminet (ftp://sunsite.doc.ic.ac.uk/aminet is a UK Aminet mirror).  

Tag-o-Miga is Freeware and as such you may not profit from its selling.  The exception to this is that PD libraries may make a small charge to cover costs - but no more than £1.50.  

I give permission for Tag-o-Miga to be placed on Public Domain compilation CD-ROMs, for example, the Aminet CD-ROMs.  Tag-o-Miga may also be placed on any magazine cover-mounted media provided that I am notified prior to publication.  

The archive must not be split up.  If you believe that you have received an incomplete archive, you can get the official archive from the sources listed in the @{" " link "DOWNLOADSITES.GUIDE/MAIN"} download sites section.  If your archive does turn out to be incomplete please inform the person who gave it to you and ask them not to distribute the incomplete archive further.  

No .displayme files or BBS.id files must be added to the archive.  There's no real reason for this, it's just that I find these kind of files bloody annoying.  PostcardWare 

Tag-o-Miga is PostcardWare (a variant of ShareWare).  If you use the program regularly, you are must register it.  Doing this is simple and costs very little.  All you have to do is find a nice postcard of your home town and send it to:

With this exception, Tag-o-Miga is free.  There are no different registered and unregistered versions.  However if you send me a postcard, then I know that people are using Tag-o-Miga and you will be encouraging me to continue working on it.  Plus I might namecheck you in the documentation :-)
