- What's new?

 4.6 - Fixed a bug. A special release of 4.5 had it fixed, so it must have been
       important - not that I can remember what it was :).
       
       Fixed zoom routines on the stats graph.
       
       Changed some internal text and used some MAX's internal lines to reduce
       source size, cleaned up source code.
       
       Local uploader now skips files automatically if the filesize matches the
       file online and file to import.
       
       Added two configuration items to the Magicfile.cfg file, the
       first one these configures if you should enable the new "Only allow
       downloads if a user has marked files" feature and the second configures
       what to do if the file to import already exists. Do check out the config
       section for more info :).
       
       You can easily update your configuration using the new slightly less
       restricted MagicFile Config Editor. Now even unregistered users can
       use the import and save features.
       
       Added ability to move a file to a different section in the Analyse &
       Test section, which has now been renamed to File Analysis & Management.
       
       Updated ANSI's: MagicFile.menu and FileInfo.text.
       Both of these updates reflect the change above, please make the
       appropriate changes to your ansi's or copy the ones included in the
       archive.
       
       Fixed graphics glitch in section lister (Adamb).
       
       Fixed some security issues with MAX's Pro 2 (Adamb).
       
       Config is now readable and writeable when unregistered.
