As with 27 Oct 1998 PerSuaSiVe SoftWorX now is able to offer registration for US and canadian citizens directly at an US-based registration site, thanks to Jon Peterson.

Starting with 5 October 1998, PerSuaSiVe SoftWorX offers a special introductory freebie offer for their new tool "JPEG-Box" - limited until 31 December 1998.

JPEG-Box completes the current set of "WWW datatypes" (akJFIF and akPNG) and WWW image creation programs (PNG-Box) by adding the missing complementary tool for akJFIF datatype.

With JPEG-Box you can easily convert any source graphics as supported by datatypes or SuperView-Library into progressive or non-progressive JPEG (JFIF) graphic files for use on the WWW or otherwise. Of course with PPC support for faster image saving (in the registered version).
