The emulator ShapeShifter revision 3.10 is Freeware! So you don't need a keyfile to use all functions. Shapeshifter works completely with this version. When Amiga aktuell international asked Christian Bauer, if the freeware release means the end of development he asked, that there will be only minor fixes, everything else goes into the development of Basilisk II.
The Nintendo64 emulator TrueReality, which caused quite a stit, doesn't run on a PPC with BVision usable. This was told by the author when asked by AMIGA aktuell international. The Nintendo64 has a 94 MHz RISC CPU as well as a fast GFX chipset, which needs more power than a PPC offers. If the emulator was ASM optimized, more games could be played, but due to the fact that everything is written in C the emulator cannot used for more than a demonstration. Demo-ROMS can be found on http://www.dextrose.com.
Many people may have been curious, that there weren't any updates for a long time on the MySNES website. The author informed us, that MySNES is not cancelled, but he didn't have nearly no time to continue developping MySNES. But this would change quite soon.
