»We hit your needs

Our super fast HyperCOM 3+ interface board was designed especially for users, who need more than a serial or parallel interface. Due to the highspeed driver you get the maximum possible speed when transmitting and receiving.

That our drivers are the result of year of experience you will quickly find out of the low CPU load. Changing screens will never result in a CRC error with Z-Modem.

If you ever used this super fast interface you never want to miss this speed and the low CPU load again.

Frank Weber gave his program CDCat for the competition to us:

»CDCat (MUI) is THE CD-ROM catalogizer for the Amiga, but you can use it also for archiving all hard drives, floppy disks and directories (e.g. with many graphic files).

It is also quite valuable for Aminet-CD's because age, size and archive descriptions are considered. CDCat offers a super fast search mode (85% inline assembler!), in addition you archived CD's can be viewed by the browser without put into the drive.

CDCat is also able to unarchive, view pictures, etc. But you can still configure any program.

More features:

A demo version of the program is available in Aminet. The current revision is 2.2. A (German) test of CDCat can be found under http://www.amigaworld.com/support/cdcat/C_test_de.html abrufen.

Revision 3.0 will be released, soon. It will contain PowerPC support, catalog manager for reorganizing the catalogs, filter functions, etc.

Peter Elzner gave his program ManiacBall for the competition to us:

»ManiacBall is based on the classic Breakout, where you have to hit stones with a ball beaten by a paddle and get various extras, which make your life easier. ManiacBall offers as an extension the possibility of more paddles and balls on the playfield and a funny two-player mode (at the same time!) and a lot of extras, like laser, shields, and many more. Who gets bored of the delivered levels can create own levels with the level editor.

Requirements: Amiga with Kickstart2.0, 1MB memory.
 Graphic boards are supported,
MUI is required for the editor
Unregistered version: 25 levels, restricted editor functions
Registered version: 25 DM«(approx. 12.76 Euro)

A demo version can be found on http://www.diamond-pro.com.

»HomeCINEMA is a video database, which is - at last - easy to use. It is not overloaded with functions, but offers all necessary functions, you would like to have. A demo version is available on: http://sharksoft.notrix.de

In addition Thomas Hasemann gave the paint program "ImageFX" to us for our competition to us.

Our thanks goes to all donators!
