9. Haage & Partner announces ArtEffect 3.0

Now better than before...

ArtEffect 3 offers even more fun of painting: as many levels as you like, sensational colour run and new effect filters leave you creativity any freedom.

The well-known functions for natural painting are completely integrated, of course. The picture manipultating functions of ArtEffect are improved in quality and speed. The memory requirements are noticeable lower. The correction of pictures and scans is even more comfortable and the results are better. New is the support of indexed colours. So you can edit 256 colour GIF-pictures for the Internet and at last save them.
