"CDlib" is a CLI tool that extracts information from the audio CD
library in AsimCDFS 3.x. It does much the same as the "print catalog
to file" feature in AsimTunes (at least if you choose to redirect its
output to a file, which is highly recommended), but has slightly more
options.

Source is included (plain ANSI C). Have fun!
