Errors in the CS1x DataList

During  the creation of the CS1x Editor, I had to refer to the CS1x Data List Book
quite often.  I encountered some errors in the list.  You can find corrections for
these  errors  here.  The CS1x Editor uses these corrected values.  If you know of
more errors in the Data List, please let me know!

The effects 'Flanger' and 'Phaser' have the wrong LSB numbers.
They should be:

TYPE MSB    TYPE LSB
DEC HEX     00            01               02               08
067  43     --            [10] Flanger2    [09] Flanger1    [11] Flanger3
072  48     [35] Phaser1  --               --               [36] Phaser2

(Note: The Flangers are in the list two times. Both should be as described here.)

The default controller number for knob 1 to knob 5 are wrong.
They should be:
