		BLIZZARD 2604 Power Board -180 -200 PowerPC 604e Accelerator Board for AMIGA 1500/2000 The BLIZZARD 2604e Power Board is the high-end PowerUp accelerator for Amiga 1500/2000 systems. The BLIZZARD 2604e Power Board features a high- performance PowerPC604e RISC processor, available in different clock speeds, and a socket for either a 68040 or a 68060 companion processor. It´s memory expansion option can be populated with up to 128 MByte of ultra-fast 64-bit memory. The on-board Wide-Ultra-SCSI controller follows the WIDE fast-20 standard and offers extended connectivity and highest performance with modern mass storage devices and other SCSI devices. An integrated high-speed expansion slot allows the connection of expansions such as the CyberVisionPPC. It features a high-performance PowerPC603e RISC processor, available at different clock speeds, an 68LC040, 68040 or an 68060 companion processor and a memory expansion option for up to 128 MByte of high-speed memory by use of standard SIMMs. As an important additional feature a graphics board direct slot is also implemented, enabling the customer to use the powerful graphics board BVisionPPC without the need of an additional bus backplane. By using the direct slot, bypassing the limitations of the Zorro bus system, the performance of the BVisionPPC is significantly higher than the performance of Zorro-bus based graphcis boards and will allow a new generation of applications on Amiga 1200(T) with a BLIZZARD 603e Power Board.
