To make the prefs file:

Put something like this on a text file named Docknet.prefs.
You must configure the program to launch 9 utilities.

*** Copy the text file to envarc:Docknet/ and env:Docknet/ ***

cli command to RUN the program (ex. Run >nil c:NEWCLI)

5 Prog  <Name of Utility>
cli command to RUN the program
6 Prog  <Name of Utility>
cli command to RUN the program
7 Prog  <Name of Utility>
cli command to RUN the program
8 Prog  <Name of Utility>
cli command to RUN the program
9 Prog  <Name of Utility>
cli command to RUN the program

INSTALLATION:
Put it where you like...
If you would like to use it frequently, add the following line to your user-startup:
run >nil: [path]/DockNet

USAGE:
RUN the program from CLI.
Click on any button to lauch an app as configured.
