NoWBStartup - v1.2 - 6/5/95 - Disables/enables the WBStartup drawer.

Requirements
-==========-
  Any Amiga with Workbench 2.04 or higher; but only because WB 1.3 and lower
doesn't have a WBStartUp drawer. :)

Usage
-===-
  From CLI or Workbench.  Hold down leftmouse button to disable
(rename) "SYS:WBStartup"

  If the left mouse button is being held down, and "SYS:WBStartup" exists,
then "SYS:WBStartup" and "SYS:WBStartup.info" are renamed to
"SYS:WBStartupX" and "SYS:WBStartupX.info".
  If the left mousbutton isn't depressed (is your mouse a happy mouse?)
and "SYS:WBStartupX" exists then it and it's icon are renamed back to
"SYS:WBStartup".

  NoWBStartup is most useful when added to User-Startup, but may be run at
anytime.  Note that the WBStartup drawer is _NOT_ a good place to put
NoWBStartup, however. :)

Notes

  - NoWBStartup was written and compiled with Amiga E.

  - NoWBStartup uses E's Mouse() function which directly reads the
   hardware to test the mouse buttons.
