    * public beta because my MFC-II beta testers seem to be lame :))

    * bugfix: hopefully fixed crash in the cia interrupt handler so the cia
              version doesn't crash ! I tested it for hours but nothing bad
              happened !

    * support for MFC-II (Port A and Port B) and MFC-III added (but only one
      (CIA, MFC-II-A, MFC-II-B, MFC-III) can be used simultaneously)

    * Frame buffer handling is now done dynamically, MTU can be set to
      values up to 128K. A large MTU increases performance for large
      data transfers such as in a file-server system.

    * ENV: settings are better checked for validity
