 @{b}About@{ub}
 @{b}=====@{ub}

 @{b}MPP@{ub} is @{fg shine}FREEWARE@{fg text} !

 This package is a collection of optimized monitordrivers for
 the Amiga.

 This monitordrivers give you the best possible frequencys without any
 lose of screen-areas. (But they incrase the overscan-areas)

 The new frequencys are:

 - DblNTSC      58 Hz  27 kHz   @{b}->@{ub}   @{fg shine}70 Hz  29 kHz@{fg text}   (+21%)
 - DblPAL       48 Hz  27 kHz   @{b}->@{ub}   @{fg shine}56 Hz  29 kHz@{fg text}   (+17%)
 - Euro36       73 Hz  15 kHz   @{b}->@{ub}   @{fg shine}83 Hz  17 kHz@{fg text}   (+14%)
 - Euro72       69 Hz  29 kHz   @{b}->@{ub}   @{fg shine}70 Hz  29 kHz@{fg text}   (+ 2%)
 - Super72      71 Hz  23 kHz   @{b}->@{ub}   @{fg shine}80 Hz  25 kHz@{fg text}   (+13%)
 - Multiscan    58 Hz  29 kHz   @{b}->@{ub}   @{fg shine}59 Hz  29 kHz@{fg text}   (+ 2%)
 - HighGFX @{fg shine}*@{fg text}    45 Hz  18 kHz   @{b}->@{ub}   @{fg shine}50 Hz  20 kHz@{fg text}   (+11%)

 @{fg shine}*@{fg text} HighGFX BETA comes with 45 Hz the new demo comes with 50 Hz !
   Look in to the AMINET for NewHighGFX in util/wb !!
   (1024x768 in 16.8 Mio colors on AGA-ChipSet)

 Some of this "new" modes works on VGA-monitors now!
 (DblNTSC, DblPAL, Multiscan and on some monitors ... Super72)

 @{b}============@{ub}

 This monitordrivers works only with the AGA-Chipset !
 They DON´T work with the ECS-Chipset, because they are
 to hard optimized to the limits.

 You need a MultiSync-Monitor for working with this
 new modes.

 OS3.x is recommend.

 You need MultiView in your Utilities-Directory, if you
 want to see my graphic in the "Technical infomations".

 Also needed are the original monitordrivers in your
 Devs/Monitors-Directory, because this package only copies
 the new *.info-files to it.

 @{b}Technical background@{ub}
 @{b}====================@{ub}

 This part of the package is only for hardware freaks.

 The AGA-Chipset can display 42688000 pixels/interlaced per secound.
 Thats around 40MB per secound , this means 20MB in noninterlaced.

 Now lets take a screen with 800x600 pixels (noninterlaced with 8 planes)
 and you can see, you need around 458KB per screen.

 20MB / 458 = 45 screens per secound (Hz) !

 You can see ... 800x600 isn´t impossible in noninterlaced !!!

 But you must have a very good monitor and it´s absolute useless
 with 45 Hz, better use it in interlaced with 90Hz !!

 So, please NEVER ask for such a mode !

 But you can see a nice graphic, if you click on the diagramm button.

 This will show you the possibility of the AGA-Chipset.

 Note: We will never reach this maximum power, because the screenmodes
         needs some of the timings for the new sync-signals and for
         the room to be able to adjust the screenmodes.
         They are only mathematics.

 @{b}============@{ub}

 Press the magic-button for automatic installation.

 A script will started and copies all needed files to your
 Devs/Monitors-Directory.

 After that, restart your computer and enjoy the new
 modes.
