BackGround:

This small program installs a routine which patches the intuition
CloseWindow() function, so that it remembers the previous window
that was active.
The advantage of this, is that when you open several Drawers on the
WorkBench, and you close one, the previous one will get brought to
the top due to a call to WindowToFront()

The patch is only active on the Workbench screen.

To use this program, run it from CLI, or just add it to your startup-
sequence or user-startup.
