Half serious usual disclaimer

This electronic magazine has been completely made with my Amiga 1200 which is powered with a Blizzard 1240/40Mhz, 16MB FAST RAM, WD Caviar 1.6GB HD, CD Goldstar 8x external A1000 keyboard all mounted in a custom huge black desktop.
Software used: DPaint, ImageStudio, BlacksEditor, HSC and propiretary software.

The staff of this magazine cannot be retained liable for any problem araising for the contents of the articles. The incoming articles are kept untouched and only formatted and organized into a readable hypertext. The only responsisble for the contents of the articles are the authors who sign them.

Write to the the magazine if you want to express your ideas, have something interesting to say or something particular to ask.

The staff holds the rights to refuse to public an article or a letter, even though this will only happen in rare circumstances (if there are hundreds of them to public or they do not conform to the public moral and ethic behaviour). Accepted articles will be published always complete, while letter may be cut, shrinked, summed depending on the available space, but their contents won't be altered or misused.
No incoming articles or mails will be discriminated by their provenience, author, expressed ideas, point of view, unless they belong to the previous category.

Consider this magazine as a try to group together people who want to have an active role in the Amiga commumity with no desire of gaining anything. This may be considered a way to make Amiga community know about your thoughts and have a constructive discussions.

This magazine is independent, has no conditioning coming from any one, no particular point of view is expressed. In few words you cannot bribe me in any way (unless we are speaking about numbers with 9 digits and no points 8) ).

The magazine as a whole is copyright by M&F and cannot be distributed or sold for profit. The maximum fee allowed is US $1 or equivalent which covers disk distribution (P&P excluded).
The magazine cannot be cut into pieces, modified or altered in any way but must always be distributed complete as it is found on Aminet. It can be freerly distributed provided the above limitations are respected. It's clearly permitted to Urban Muller to include this in the Aminet CDs and to Fresh Fish in his collection.

Every author keeps the copyrights on his own articles if he/she wants and writes it in the article.

All trademarks are copyright by their respective owners even where not shown.
In particular I would be pleased if someone can tell me who finally owns the Amiga rights. If nothing has changed meanwhile, Amiga is a trademark copyrighted by ESCOM Gmbh (or its remains).
