   This little door tells your users how much their call is costing by working
out where they live, asking their phone company then figuring what the cost
band is and finally comming up with the cost (phew).

   It works by holding all the known rates in a directory for each phone
company, it then sees what time it is - peak, cheap or weekend rate, and then
looks in a list of local STD codes and regional STD codes for the phone company
they chose and if it is then it displays the appropriate cost.

   OK. This may seem a little long-winded (sorry) and may change in future
versions, it also only applies to the phone companies currently in the archive,
if you wish to install more then you will have to research on the phone company
(contact me if you like and i'll do all the work for you!).

Unarchive or copy these files to 'Doors:' so everything resides in 
'Doors:PhoneInfo/', you should then see 6 directories and a few files in the
directory, each directory represents a telecommunications company and contains
several files, one for each 'location rate' (e.g. Local, Regional) and one
for the rest, e.g. National.

The rate files are named 'Rates.1', 'Rates.2', etc and you can have as many as
you like, its preferable (as they are displayed in this order) to have the
Local first, then Regional, etc. and 'Rates.Main' is for the rest and last.

The costs are in pence per minute and must be separated by a comma.
Peak rate is weekdays 8am-6pm, Cheap rate is weekdays 6pm-8am, Weekend rate is
Saturday midnight to Monday midnight.
The list of STD codes may be obtained from your BT Phone Book or some other
list.
Free calls are 0p per minute :o).

All the phone companies I have come across have already been set-up in this
archive! This will be fine for most people, but heres how you set up the stuff:

Make an ASCII file containing a plain list of STD codes (no blank lines) of all
your Local STD codes, then one of all your Regional STD codes (this should do,
if you have any more rates then you will have to set these up yourself).

Then for the supplied phone company settings do:

Keep the files for any future phone companies you might want to add.

Right, now after all that, you can finally get around to using PhoneInfo!

You should put it in two places:

o  Doors:Introdoor.text
o  On your main menu.

   On main menu you should run it with ! as the argument - this will go into
menu mode, if you don't have ! as an argument it will just quit after it is 
run, this is meant for the Introdoor.text -- ie. take any screen clears out of your
Intro.text and it will look quite good!!

   You may also run it as a Max's Pro door (cos it is, just with Max's Pro
emulation if you don't have it) in which case you put + in the command line
when running it.

   The LSD_DOORS.key must be present in s: for this proggy to work, which means
you must be a registered LSD DOORS user. This is a MAX's BBS door only.

   Once you have @{" installed " LINK install} the prog, its time to check it out,
log-in as normally and it will pop up JUST BEFORE your Introdoor.text if you
installed it as recommended, it will then ask you what phone company you want,
you'll probably want to disable it as your logins cost nothing! :)

   Each user's settings are written to 'UserSettings.cfg' - it writes the
directory name as the users option incase the order of directories changes
(don't change the directory names tho).

   If you come across any other phone companies, send me the details and I can
then include it in later versions and make files for you if you don't know how
to make them yourself (explained in the @{" install " LINK install} section.

   Thats about it I think, if you have any questions then feel free to contact
me, If I get around to it I will make the configuration easier, but I don't
think it will be in the immediate future.

   Don't forget you will need the LSD DOORS keyfile in S: for this to work,
read the Regform and everything for more info.
