  Welcome to MAXs if you are new or a first time SysOp! You have made a
 very good choice in selecting the *great* MAXs BBS as your BBS program!!
 MAXs is a very good BBS program which is limited in some areas, but there
 are many programmers out there that write doors, games, and utils for MAXs
 which erase most of those limitations, and making MAXs one hell of a BBS
 program! MAXs is by far the most SysOp friendly (and user) BBS around to
 date and it's ease of setting up is a strong point for MAXs! The main
 weak point I believe, using MAXs, is the mail side of things. :( Oh well,
 you can't have everything. I think I might switch to ExcelsiorBBS ??
  Anyways, enough said... These pictures included in this archive are to
 *HELP* you set up MAXs, by referring to the pics!
   
  Hopefully these pictures are some help to you in setting up, but of course
 don't forget to refer to your manual for when you set up. As you become
 more experienced with MAXs, you'll *never* have to refer to the manual...
 And if you are needing help, call another MAXs BBS and I'm pretty sure the
 SysOp will be happy to help, I know I would be! ;-)
