Disclaimer:
~~~~~~~~~~
    Originally, v.3 was written by PMK, aka Peter Klein. Since Peter has
decided to go the IBM route, I'll be attempting to "take on" the continued
development of the files he has authored in the past.
What Is It:
~~~~~~~~~~
    This is a little mod for those SysOps who don't mind sharing their
BBSTEXT and BBSMENU files with other SysOps.

    The program has the ability of being used as a command on your bbs, or
only from within a "SysOp Chat" session(in which case the SysOp would KNOW
the files were going to be downloaded, and by whom).

    The program will first check your config values to see if you are set
to use multiple text sets, and if so, a menu of these sets will be shown to
the user allowing them to pick one from the list. If you are only using one
set of text files, the menu is not displayed.

    Once chosen, the files are packed together using LHA, and the newly
created archive is placed in the user's Select Buffer.

    Another variable allows you to specify the "Download Byte Cost" that
downloading the file would incur upon the user.

How to Install:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1: Copy the "FPCNet/" directory into your "FPFiles/" directory(if you have
   one), or else copy the "FPFiles/FPCNet/" directory somewhere on your
   system.
   NOTE: All Dotoran released "FP" programs will be stored inside this
         common "FPFiles/" directory structure. This makes working with
         these files that much easier(both for you and for me).
2: Edit the three variables found near the beginning of the command file:
     bcost=50   - DL byte cost of file in percent. (size of file * bcost)
     fcost=0    - is the DL file cost of file in number of files.
     schat=1    - 0=Available at all prompts, 1=only available in Sysop Chat
3: Add the following line to the BOTTOM of your BBSMENU's Menu # 2 (the
   Available Everywhere menu).
        FPCNET    `3-   | {#0<path>FPFiles/FPCNet/FPCNET}
                   ^      ^
              Access      Control-Q
   NOTE: Replace <path> above with the path you chose to store this file
         in step number 1 above.
   NOTE: If the command is used, while the "schat" internal variable is set
         to "1", then the user will be told this is an "unknown command".
4: Save, then RELOAD your BBSMENU file and you're ready to start using it!
                                                                - Dotoran
