Short:    Calculate the total size of an Aminet index

This is an Arexx script written for Edge v1.704. The script
can easily be changed to work with other editors.

Bugs: Doesn't support Aminet files larger than 99.9M

      Total size must be smaller than something around
       2.300.000.000K (or was it 4.600.000.000K ?).

      Doesn's support index files with more than 4.600.000.000
       entries (Aminet IS growing...).

      SLOW, around 11 lines/second on my computer (A500,
       VXL-30 33MHz accel, 18Meg mem). I will rewrite this in
       Assembler soon.

Test with the index file (30-May-95) gave the following result:
      Files: 16499
      Size:  2551349.2K = 2491.5M
