Emerald Dreams -------------- By Orpheus (Samuel Gilbert). This song is dedicated to Carlee. Greetings to: SWiFt and tgg from IRC. Hope ya like this one tgg! :) I'm finding it increacingly hard to find a name for this style of music. Any ideas on what to call it (even if its something new)? *** ATTENTION *** I am currently looking for a record deal of some sort. If you are interested, or know someone that may be, then contact me at the addresses below. *** Copyright Warning *** "Emerald Dreams" is COPYRIGHT (C) 1994 Samuel Gilbert (Orpheus). I think just the people around me at the time. It is not exactly techno, but it does not exactly have a melody either. I like to base my music more on rythmic, harmonic and hypnotic things. Let me know what you think of it; I always like feedback, and I'll answer all mail. I originally released an earlier version of this song on some Bulettin Boards in SA, but this is the more polished version. If you had the original, you will probably wish to replace it with this. I forget how long this goes for, but I wrote it in March 1995. It took about 10 hours (including the second version). If you are interested in any of my other music (mainly MIDI, so I can't put it on aminet), then you can contact me and we might be able to arrange something. I will be able to send you a recording of some of my works for a small fee (say $10 US) + P&P. I am ringing tomorrow (June 26, 1995) to talk to someone about a record deal, so if you wait, there may be a CD coming soon. Note that my other music is NOT freeware, and that is why I am charging for it. I have songs varying from industrial to hardcore, dance and ambient. If ya have good quality samples then you might also be interested in swapping (I have almost 50 MB of them - 80% high quality). Demo crews: You interested in my music? I'm not sure if I want to put music in demos, but try me anyway and I may just do some for you. Keep in mind that I don't have much interest in sacrificing quality for small size. ** Contact *** Contact me through E-Mail: sgilbert@ist.flinders.edu.au (I will have a new address soon as well) Snail Mail: 77 Cross Rd Urrbrae South Australia, 5064
