Here's an extract from the Voting Door Docs explaining how to make up
the survey files. We NEED more surveys for this door, and I don't get
the time to do this sort of thing myself. However, YOUR surveys are
solicited and will be put online ASAP if you send them up.

Ask questions about anything at all. I'm sure you can come up with some
better surveys than the ones I already have online!

                                Poll Files
                                ~~~~~~~~~~
For each menu entry you have, it will be necessary to make up a file
with all the questions.
You can have up to 20 polls running at the same time.
So, with our example:
[A]miga Files Survey
[B]BS Progress Survey
[C]omputers
[P]olitical Opinion
[S]exual Preference!
These files will be made up by the sysop:
Poll.A
Poll.B
Poll.C
Poll.P
Poll.S
The poll files are pretty easy to setup. Here's what I get you to do:
Example question:
****
Do you call the BBS as often as before ?
****
Yes - MORE often
Yes - as often
No  - not as often
N/A - Fence Sitters!
The first thing you need is a line with '*****'s on it.  You need at
least 3 *** starting at column zero.  This is just to wake the program
up to the fact that a question is coming up.
Then you need the text for the question itself.  This can be, basically
as long as you like.  Choose yourself whether to go to 40/80 columns,
etc.
When you finish the question (even if it's only 1 line), you add in
another 3 or 4 **** line.
Then you add the alternatives, and you can have up to 20 repsonses.
Here's some more of that file:
****
How do you think the BBS has improved ?
****
Love-it!
A lot better
Much The Same
Who Cares?
N/A - Fence Sitters!
****
What feature would be most valued ?
****
Full Screen Editor
Fido Mail
Better ANSI
More Doors
More Amiga Files
N/A - Fence Sitters!
*****
What do you use the MOST ?
****
Public Messages
Private Messages
Files
Doors - Metro Doors
Doors - Paragon Doors
Textfiles
N/A - Fence Sitters!
Note:  For better presentation, you should pad out each line with
spaces, and make them all the same length.
Viz:
         ++-Spaces added-++
         ||              ||
         \/              \/
Textfiles                |
N/A - Fence Sitters!     |
But, that's not 100% required.  It DOES look better if you take the time
to pad out the menu entries 'though.
I hope you get the idea of it.  The only small hitch involved is the
end, which goes like this:
****
Do you think the sysop inputs enough into the BBS?
****
Yes - Good Effort
Yes - Reasonable
No  - Could do more
No  - Could do a LOT more
N/A - Fence Sitters!
****
END
****
/\
 \--- See to add a row of *** and the word 'END' in block capitals at the end.
      As a result, you cannot begin a line elsewhere in the menu with 'END'
      starting in column 0. It will think that's it for the alternatives.
Logic also dictates you can't start a line with ****'s and expect it to
be directly output.  It will be regarded as a marker by the program, so
don't use that as output.
For further info, see the included examples, and then start to make up
your own.
I'm sure other sysops would appreciate it if you spread any good surveys
you've made up.  It will save us all a lot of time!
