DESCRIPTION
	This is a PowerPacker decruncher written in C and portable. It should
	compile on almost anything except Macs and enable anybody to unpack 
	PowerPacker files without the tedious process of downloading to an Amiga,
	unpacking, uploading back to the original machine.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
	* A computer with a working C compiler that supports stdio.
	* tar & uncompress (should be standard on most target machines)
	(if that's really a problem, feel free to repackage the archive)
