BBS Stats Changes and History

     v1.3  Sep-1-93    Added an option to use a 24-hour clock (-h), made
                       it so baud rates over 19200 showed up correctly,
                       fixed a problem when there was no BBS.Stats file and
                       BBS Stats was run with the options to just display,
                       what would happen is it would make a new BBS.Stats
                       file but not save it, so the next time you run it
                       BBS Stats displays a whole bunch of garbage.
                       I fixed the way it handles the totals when they
                       get to be VERY large.  The maximum values are:

                         Total Calls       :  10 Million
                         Total Msg's       :  10 Million
                         Total Bytes
                         (UL'ed and DL'ed) :   4 Gigs
                         Total Files
                         (UL'ed and DL'ed) :  10 Million

                       When a total reaches (or exceeds this number)
                       it will be truncated to the maximum value it can
                       have and BBS Stats will display something like
                       this:

                         Total Calls  [ 10 MIL+ ]

                       I think this is the best way to handle it since
                       numbers can only get SO big.  ALSO, Stat Ed v1.0 
                       is out !!! This should make most of the people

     v1.26 May-01-93   Fixed an enforcer hit.  Due to the time it is taking
                       me to make my BBS Stats config program I decided to
                       release this version with the bug fixes.  The config
                       program will have a GUI (which will be my 1st GUI
                       program) so please bare with me, it will be coming
                       but work and school eat most of my time.

     v1.25 xxx-xx-93 - Fixed a problem with the Quiet Mode not adding to the
                       number of todays calls, fixed a problem with UL'ing
                       DL'ing totals, this was not a public realase.

     v1.2  Mar-29-93 - Due to the reports of display problems I shortened
                       the display to 79 chars wide so it would look
                       correct on all systems.  Also fixed a problem with
                       the login/logout times, it would say 12 noon was
                       still 12am, and midnight was still pm, thanks to
                       Bill Williford for spotting this.

     v1.1  Mar-25-93 - Fixed a typo in the usage it displays, added
                       the quiet mode (-q flag), and made it optional
                       to use an IBM character set (-i flag) to draw the
                       stats box.  It will only use an IBM character set
                       if the flag is present and the user has ANSI color.

     v1.0  Mar-16-93 - First Release !!!!
