1. Bug fixed with UUCP addresses and the Mail directory.
2. "KILL SUBJECT PATTERN" function added which kills mail matching the pattern
   that is input for all users.  Great fix for those users who are Multi-Mail
   freaks sending mail to every user without your approval!  A clearer
   explanation of this is outlined below..

What is it?

A very useful mail utility for sysops which..

  Allows you to kill mail (Urgent AND regular) for ANY user.
  Is a very efficient Mail Verify utility for SysOps.
  Is a mail scanner to let you know exactly WHO has mail on your system.

Installation:
-------------
Copy "MailEd" to Pfiles:Maintenance or any other directory.
Copy "sys.menu,mailed" to SYSTEXT:
Add the following line to BBSMENU under the MAINTENANCE commands:

               ME, MailEdit	|\#2pfiles:maintenance/MailEd\

Enter "ME" at any prompt to Verify/kill/scan mail.


KP: KILL PATTERN
----------------
 This is a very powerful feature of MailEd!
 Entering "KP" at the first MailEd prompt will bring you into the
 "KILL PATTERN" section of MailEd.  From here, you enter a SUBJECT pattern
 common to all mail items that you wish to delete.  MailEd will proceed
 to scan all users' mailboxes searching for this pattern in the SUBJECT
 field of each mail item.
 When MailEd finds a matching pattern, you will see the following prompt:


 Kill this mail? [N/y/ALL/X=ABORT]

	At this point, the default (if you hit RETURN) is NO.  Pressing "Y"
   will cause the currently displayed mail item to be marked for deletion.
   Pressing "A" will cause all items IN EVERY MAILBOX that match the current
   pattern, to be deleted.  ALL does not mean all of the CURRENT user's
   mail!!

   And finally the "X" key will cause the operation to be aborted.

   NOTE: When you press "X", it aborts ONLY the current user's mail.
         So, for instance, if an E-Mail titled "TEST" addressed to
         "Heavy Metal" was the current item, ALL mail that was Marked for
         deletion for Heavy Metal in the current session will not be deleted.
         This was done purposely as a safeguard incase a very generic pattern
         was entered. So if you enter "a" and for some reason, you get
         prompted to delete more messages for Heavy Metal than you wished,
         hitting "X" will ABORT the pattern as well as ABORTING deletion of
         the current user's mail.  I hope I made that clear enough... But I
         know there will be questions.
