DESCRIPTION

     F2C converts Fortran 77 source code to C (or C++) source files,
     that can subsequently be compiled and linked with gcc.


SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

     Needs Markus Wild's port of gcc 2 and ixemul.library.
     Memory requirements: 4 mb, mainly because of gcc.
     Not tested under KS 1.3.

     Several versions of gcc are available from Aminet. The
     ixemul.library is included in the gcc distributions.
