Meanwhile, Craig puts his law practice on hold to return to lifeguarding. When Craig rescues a troubled young girl, she becomes obsessed with her "hero," and rookies Eddie and Shauni share first-day fears with a respected pro. "In Deep" Playing hooky from summer school, Lieutenant Mitch Buchannon's son Hobie gets dangerously involved with reckless power skiers while other members of the L.A. County lifeguard team deal with personal secrets. "Heat Wave" On a hot summer day with record-breaking temperatures, hordes of people migrate to the beach. As the Baywatch lifeguards are pushed to the limit, an ex-lifeguard mysteriously appears bringing a son and quite a bit of trouble. "Second Wave" Eddie Kramer is forced to face his unhappy past as a former "friend" makes trouble for him on the beach. Trevor Cole, a private club lifeguard, rescues his girlfriend from drowning, but almost loses her because he fails to follow precautionary measures. "Message in a Bottle" Hobie is caught in the middle of a custody battle when Gayle's job will transfer her to Ohio, but Mitch is unwilling to let him go with her. However, Gayle and Mitch must put their differences aside when Hobie and two friends are stranded on a channel island that is the hideout of modern-day pirates. Parker Stevenson as Craig Pomeroy Parker Stevenson plays Craig Pomeroy, an attorney whose successful law practice does not deter him from "moonlighting" as a Southern California lifeguard. Parker made his prime time series debut in the successful "The Hardy Boys" series. Later, he appeared in the miniseries, "North and South II," and became a familiar face on the popular adult drama, "Falcon Crest." His feature film credits include Stitches, Stroker Ace, Lifequard, Our Time and A Separate Peace. He is a graduate of Princeton University and is married to actress Kirstie Alley. they make their home in Los Angeles. "The Drowning Pool" When a man drowns in front of Jill's tower, the incident report lists it as a drowning due to heart attack. However, the events leading to his death don't add up, and Jill personally investigates the incident to find out what really happened. When she gets romantically involved with the victim's son, she is stunned to discover that he may be the prime suspect. "The Sky is Falling" A plane crash leaves two bank robbers' escape plans all wet and their suitcase filled with $1 million adrift in the Pacific Ocean. Meanwhile, Gayle's job threatens to separate Hobie from Mitch, and Thorpe assigns himself to Shuani and Eddie's tower. "The Cretin of the Shallows" A rash of murders by a freakish-looking brute coincides with the opening of a new beachfront hotel, and when Craig does some investigating, he finds a disturbing link to a major political figure. Meanwhile, Gina plays mom to Eddie when he gets his impacted wisdom teeth removed, leading Eddie to fantasize about an illicit affair with her. "Rookie School" Eddie gets mixed up with a girl on the run from her murderous ex-boyfriend, Gina and Craig go away for a weekend to make a baby, and Trevor attends rookie school to become a county-certified lifeguard. "Cruise Ship" Eddie is suspicious of Andrew, Shauni's new boyfriend, but Shauni doesn't think much of Eddie's opinion until Andrew starts to become physically violent. Meanwhile, Craig and Mitch are forced to make a daring rescue as a chartered boat catering to drunken revelers heads out of control straight toward the Santa Monica Pier. Shawn Weatherly as Jill Riley Shawn Weatherly portrays Jill Riley, a dedicated female lifeguard on "Baywatch." As one of the first female lifeguards, Jill has fought enormous odds to establish her reputation as a professional in the almost totally male-dominated world of lifeguarding. Shawn herself is no stranger to water. She starred as a novice scuba diver who travels the world in the HBO documentary, "Ocean Quest." Born in San Antonio, Texas, Shawn began her career as a dancer, performing with Peter Allen's musical revue on Broadway and in various musical productions around the country. "Shelter Me" Baywatch lifeguards and police join forces to find shelter for the homeless as a violent storm threatens the coast. Two fugitives seize control of headquarters, taking the lifeguards captive. Meanwhile, love is in the air for Hobie and a classmate, and Shauni and Eddie get cozy as they wait out the storm. "The Reunion" At a reunion of old friends, Mitch rekindles a romance with an old love, enflaming a buried rivalry with Craig, whom she used to date years ago. Meanwhile, Eddie manages to purchase the car of his dreams for only a couple of thousand dollars--a bargain, until he finds out it's stolen. "Armored Car" Jill's former volleyball partner and boyfriend shows up to compete in the Seal Beach Pro-Am Volleyball Tournament, and Jill makes plans with Trevor to get back at him. Meanwhile, Eddie and Shauni's romantic day turns deadly when they end up trapped inside an armored truck as it goes over the edge of the Santa Monica Pier, plunging underwater. "Home Cort" John Cort, a charming rogue and an old friend of Mitch's, returns to Baywatch and recruits a buddy from his days as a Navy SEAL to help carry out a shady deed. Meanwhile, Shauni and Jill decide to go into business together selling sandwiches on the beach, but the competition proves to be more serious then they thought. "We Need a Vacation" Craig, Cort, and Eddie take a road trip to Mexico, but their vacation turns loco when they tangle with an ugly American. Meanwhile, Mitch gets an uninvited house guest in Thorpe when his wife leaves him, and Hobie gets a crush on Shauni. "Muddy Waters" Cort and Eddie train lifeguards at a water-slide park, but someone off the deep end vandalizes the slide's pumps. Meanwhile, Thorpe wants Shauni fired for posing in a pin-up calendar, but she claims she was duped. And Hobie has a fight at school after his class field trip to Baywatch is abruptly cancelled. "Snake Eyes" Eddie is bitten by the gambling bug after Cort takes him to an illegal offshore casino, and after a few days of bad luck, finds himself three thousand dollars in debt. Meanwhile, Hobie thinks he can slack off his schoolwork when his English teacher and Mitch start seeing each other, but he quickly finds out otherwise. "Eclipse" When a rookie lifeguard claims he saw an apparition of a young girl in a nightgown running through the surf, everyone thinks he's a little crazy. But when he is discovered drowned, Eddie is haunted by the same strange apparition. Meanwhile, Hobie attempts to babysit a friend's dog at the house without Mitch noticing. Peter Phelps as Trevor Cole Australian film, television, and stage actor Peter Phelps plays Trevor Cole, a lifeguard in conflict with Lieutenant Mitch Buchannon (David Hasselhoff) on the series Baywatch. He enjoys basketball and many poplar music acts, including INXS. "Shark Derby" Danger and action await when a local restaurant hosts an annual shark derby near Baywatch headquarters. Sponsored by a money-hungry promoter, the friendly fishing derby turns to destruction when Jill becomes prey to his illegitimate antics. "The Big Race" Cort promises to come up with a load of dough for a nursing home, but he needs Mitch and Craig's help to compete in a waterskiing race with a big cash prize. Meanwhile, Shauni is afraid to go into the water in the wake of Jill's death. "Old Friends" Craig, Mitch and Garner go for a weekend hang-gliding trip, but Mitch has an accident. Until a rescue helicopter can reach them, Mitch's life hangs in the balance. Meanwhile, Cort discovers that the husband of an old friend faked his death in order to collect insurance money. Now, Cort must decide whether to turn him in, effectively destroying a friendship. "The End?" A massive earthquake shakes up the Southland. Season Two Nightmare Bay - Part 1 Mitch saves the life of an underwater photographer after she is attacked by a supposed "sea monster," which the press quickly picks up on, throwing the community into a panic. Meanwhile, Shauni rescues an inner-city girl from drowning. Nightmare Bay - Part 2 After a fishing boat is destroyed by a supposed "creature in the bay," panic invades Santa Monica. Meanwhile, Shauni travels to Watts to enlist junior lifeguard candidates in a program for inner-city youth. The Trophy - Part 1 Eddie’s life is torn apart by an accusation of statutory rape, while Mitch deals with the anger of a paraplegic former lifeguard. The Trophy - Part 2 Facing rape charges, Eddie is suspended from Baywatch, while his accuser attempts to kill herself. Mitch saves a paraplegic’s life in a daring hang glider rescue. Money, Honey Mitch is offered the lead role in an action movie when the star is injured, but risks losing the role when he rejects the amorous advances of the film’s producer. Reunion Mitch attends his high school reunuion, rekindling an old flame with ex-wife Gayle, while Eddie plays father for a day. The One That Got Away A fisherman tricks new lifeguard Megan into rescuing him in order to attack her. When he continues to stalk her, Mitch has to find a way to stop him. Meanwhile, when Shauni suffers from lifeguard burnout, Eddie takes her on a romantic weekend getaway, which quickly turns passionate. Thin or Die Eddie teaches an overweight girl who has loved him from afar the importance of self-esteem, while Mitch and Hobie adopt a dog that is the only witness to his owner’s kidnapping. Point of Attack Cort returns to Baywatch, helping Eddie in an aquatics program designed for inner-city youth. When Eddie takes a gang leader under his wing, he finds himself in conflict with the boy’s father, who has encouraged his son’s gang activity.
