      Being  a  coder  (ahem!), I was very interested in the tutorials by
      Slade/A51 in the last couple of issues of da mag BTF.

      However, I also know how time consuming it is to write tutorials on
      such a  subject and was disappointed to read that Slade may give up
      his Assembly Language Tutorial if he doesn't get any support :(

      I  for one would love Slade to keep typing up these articles, coz I
      wanna learn more about the subject.

      However,  if you lot don't write in to da mag (or even a quick note
      to  Slade) then he will give 'em up for sure - if he hasn't done so
      already!

      You  may  not  think ya wanna know about coding right now, but what
      about  a  few  months  down  da line when ya are bored one day?  Ya
      might  wanna  try  out  something different.  Then, coding comes to
      mind.

      Maybe  ya  fancy  creating  a stunning new intro for BTF?  Maybe ya
      just wanna write a small demo or even a text reader etc.  It can be
      done, even by you.  Yes, you at the back of the class!

      It'll be that rainy Sunday afternoon when you're bored shitless and
      think  to  yerself,  "I  know,  I'll have a go at Slade's tutorials
      today." Only to find out that he has only written two or three!!!

      Aaarrgghh!

      What are ya gonna do now?  Eh?

      Ya  see, it would be great if he'd just have kept on typing them up
      each issue, wouldn't it?

      Who's fault is it that he didn't?  Hmmm.....

      Even if you don't wanna learn to code in Assembler, you are in fact
      depriving all of us that do! So c'mon, support BTF and it's memberz
      too.   Help  us  to  keep  the  mag  growing with sectionz/articlez
      relating  to  as many subjects as possible (except da scene crap of
      courze, we'll leave that to da lame shitz!).

      I'm backing Slade 100% here and I am asking him via this article to
      continue with his tutorials.  I like 'em m8, even if the other scum
      don't seem ta give a phuk!

      OK!   I'll  admit  that  I  use AMOS Pro and  don't know much about
      Assembler  (yet),  although  I  did  write  one  screen scroller in
      Assembler about a year ago.

      I am also just starting to learn Blitz too. Assembler seems to be a
      bit  tough  for da likez of moi, but it won't stop me messing about
      with it, that's for sure.

      I  can  incorporate  Assembler into AMOS Pro so things run smoother
      and  I'd really love to know some code to access RAW fonts from mem
      banks  within AMOS.  I know this is possible coz NFA (Hi guyz) have
      done it.

      I'm  not  too hot with Blitz at present, but gimme a few months and
      I'll be there....

      As well as learning Blitz and maybe trying some  Assembler stuff, I
      will  stick with AMOS Pro too.  I've been using it for years and it
      does what I want (for now...).

      So  Slade, if ya know how to access RAW fonts via Assembler, a nice
      tutorial on dat subject would be appreciated m8yploppypoos!?!?!?!
