There was no way of getting the needed information to hand that would enable a beginner to get going in CLI... UNTIL NOW.. Tim Strachan, the leading Amiga PD compiler, magazine editor and all-round nice guy decided to make such a product - this product turned out to be MEGADOS. Megados takes the form of a disc and is run through workbench making it as easy as possible for new users. It covers just about every aspect of the Workbench and CLI and explains common techniques through the many tutorials and reference sections. Each CLI command is featured and includes examples of use etc.. Not to be missed if you are new to the Amiga or want to use your machine that bit more.. Available exclusively through 17Bit, Megados is 6.95 and is ready now... Great value that should answer a lot of peoples prayers... Tim also produces, writes and edits MEGADISC an Australian disc-magazine that concentrates on the more serious side of Amiga`ring such as hardware reviews, tutorials and explanations, CLI hints, tips and serious chat. Full of various bits and bobs and well worth the cash, that sells at 6.95 too.
