AlphaAudio.

Congratulations With getting this new program. AlphaAudio is a Program
which allows u to keep ya Books in order. The program contents a lot of
options to Search, Delete and save. In the program you can just type
the name of a Titel, Writer, Publisher, Type/categori, Info, getable,
Hiding, language, number, How many binds and publishing year. The use of
The different choices will be shown in Test.data example, WHich we will
descripe later on.

This is how you start.

Turn on your Amiga (R), and insert the Disk in your Internal drive.
After a little while your Workbench will start up, And you will now have 
to make a double click on the icon of the disk. Now you will have to make
a double click on the AlphaVideo-Drawer. When you have done that you will
be able to see to icons which say: ALPHAAUDIO and TEST.DATA. You can now
Make a double click on Test.Data it will start AlphaVideo up with a Test-
Library. If the program dosn't start up like it where planned to, You will
have to start the installations program on the disk.

Starting Screen.

You will end up directly in The writingwindow when the program is booted up.
You can now start writing data in the marks, Or you can load a earlier 
Written file.

There is  Functions view Under the writingwindow. At this place you can
choose one of the functions with the mouse, or u can use the function key
which stands next to the command.

Followed functions can be choosen:

F1 Seek - With this function you can find the wanted File with some help
   from some seekcommands. You just have to write the Seekcommands in the
   wanted arriers, Click on the Box called Seek and go automaticly back to
   The mainscreen. If there is any mail for your wanted commands, then it
   will append in the window. If there is any mail acting you will recieve
   a message.

F2 Jump - This will make it possible to jump to a certain Filecard without
   having the honor of looking through all the files. You write the number
   of the file you wish to jump to, and press OK and the wanted file will 
   appear.


F3 New - New is to be choosen, if you wants to write infos for a new file.

F4 Colors - Under this window you are allowed to choose which colors, you
   wants to see the different screen pictures in. It is possible to change
   on r,g,b, Color values, Copy the colors or swap the colors.

F5 Quit - Quitting AlphaAudio 

F6 Kill - This function will delete the file you are pointing on. You will
   ofcoz have a change to regret this, before it is to late.

F7 Load - Loads an earlier saved file. You will be presented for a file-
   requester, The will make it easier to load a file.

F8 Sav - This one saves the mail in a file. You will have to choose 
   Which file the mail should be saved to. Also here there is a filerequester
   at your service.

F9 Info - Gives you the information of which version of the program this is,
   and who that have made it and when they made it.

F10 Printer - Gives you the options of making a print of your file,
    There is a printer menu where you are able to choose how it should
    be printed and sorted. You can also write a headline for the file 
    which will only appear on the print.

In the bottom of the functionview, you can see to arrows, that will make 
it possible to go trough the files, besides you will get a view of all the
files in the File you have choosed. In the end there will be a function which
allows you to delete it all if you wants to.

Besides tyhe functions in the bottom of the screen, there is a possiblity
to find the different functions in the pulldown functions.
