                     A SURVEY-PROJECT BY ASCII UNLIMITED


We  in ASCII Unlimited try to help diskmag-producers in their work.  Now we got
a  new  project  in  work,  in  which we will collect infos about groups of the
scene, whether they are famous or absolutely unknown.  This info has to be sent
to  us  by  the groups themselves, that means by you (please do also * SPREAD *
this  textfile  to your contacts so that they can read this as well!)!  We will
collect  these  surveys  and  then send them as a conclusion to a few (the most
popular)  diskmags.   So  if  you  want  the scene to get to know about further
developments  and  actual  stats of your crew, then * FILL OUT * this sheet and
send it on disk or paper to the head of this project (deadline is March 1st!!):

01) What`s your group`s NAME?


02) List  up  (if possible)  all PRODUCTS which your group has released yet and
describe  them  in  a  short  way  (e.g.   name,  genre,  release-date, members
included,...)!


03) List  up  (if  possible)  all  PRODUCTS which your crew will release in the
(near) future and tell us about them (same facts as above)!


04) Did  your  group ever win  any PRIZES at parties for a production?  If yes,
who got them for what and when or where?


05) Which  of  the  following STYLES  does your crew prefer at most:  code, de-
sign, graphics, sound or editorial stuff?  Why?


06) What is  more  important  for  your crew: QUALITY or QUANTITY? Why?


07) If possible, give us a list of all MEMBERS (and their jobs) of your group!


08) In which countries does your group have SECTIONS or sub-groups?


09) How long has your group EXISTED for?


10) What SLOGAN does your group have?


11)  Are  there  any  SYMBOLS or signs standing for your group (like pentagram,
fruit,...condom)?


12) Is your group engaged in war or in association with any other group?


13) Do you have some NEWS about your group for us?


14)  If  you`d like to, why not include a short ADVERT, where guys can write to
for joining or swapping matters?
