Seeing as these all seem pretty small, I just lumped them all together.
In this archive are:

    MT-32.patch     A Patchmeister patch list for the MT-32 default patches
    GenMIDI.patch   A Patchmeister patch list for General MIDI
    MT-32D.pmdriver A Patchmeister driver for the MT-32 with Display 
    VFX.pmdriver    A VFX (2.00+) driver


Here are short descriptions of each.

MT-32.patch

If you're using a stock MT-32, this patch list should work nicely with
both the Quick Patch tool as well as the new patch list feature in
B&PPro 2.0.  From the track edit window, pull down the "Define" menu and
select "Patch Lists...".  While in the "Define Patch Lists" window, press
the right mouse button and pull down and select the "Load Patch List..."
menu item.  Select this file in the file selector.  

 

GenMIDI.patch

This is an alternative to using the "General MIDI" tool, it allows you to
edit patch changes for any General MIDI synth with patch names as described
above.  These names differ somewhat from those in the tool, partly because
patchlists are limited to 13 characters, as near as I can tell.

MT-32D.pmdriver

This is pretty specialized: I modified the Patchmeister MT-32 driver by 
adding an additional SysEx that I use to access the display (this is a bit
geeky).  I have a little program I wrote for my C-128 that allows me to
type in a string and it sends out the SysEx commands to write that on the
MT-32 display.  This driver captures that as part of a snapshot (prompting
so you can switch cables, which is necessary) and when the snapshot is
sent back out later, the MT-32 can read out the song name.  Like I said,
pretty geeky.  In my own defense, it was an exercise for the studend, as
this was my first driver.


VFX.pmdriver

This is a Patchmeister driver for the VFX.  Should work just fine for
the VFX/SD, and possibly the ASR-10 (apparently not the TS-10).  The VFX
in question has to have ROM 2.0 or better.  You can get your ROM revision
by holding Presets and pressing Master.  

There are SysExs Types for the Patch Bank (the 60 internal sounds), the
Presets (all 20, banks A&B), and the Multi.  I had some problems early
on, but I think this is working just fine.  This was my first driver -
not entirely fun, but once you get the hang of it....
