GhostRider V0.22 Evaluation
A new hardware monitor for the Amiga. Full documentation included in archive.

Please note:
* This evaluation copy has limited disk support.
* Gr does not fully support AGA, but should run if you use the standard
  screenmodes (i.e. normal 15kHz signal).
* MC68040 handling not complete, so it will probably not work on this
  CPU. Still need to do the '040 cache handling.

A few of the features:
* Dis/assembling support for M68k family members.
* Normal "dump" and editor environments.
* Totally configurable (pref-editor needs 2.04+, though)
* Snapper.
* Supports "debug"-RAM at $f00000, and CC-grabbing hardware.
* Powerfull parser. Math expr supported for most functions.
* Symbols.
* Have DOS/NMI/Reset/Breakpoint entry.
* Lotsa other things.

GRV0.2 did not run on '000/'010 machines. Fixed.
Added some new features, and fixed some other bugs.
