Simple HD install instructions:

1. Create a directory to install into first.

2. Copy the directory "Publisher_Fonts" from the Fonts disk into your new directory, and
   run the program "Font_Install" inside it.

3. Copy the contents of the "THE_PUBLISHER" directory on the Program disk into your new
   directory. Run "THE_PUBLISHER" program and enter the serial number 6547495F when prompted.

4. Copy the contents of the "PUBLISHER_SCRIPT" disk into your new directory. There is an install
   program in each of the four draws copied. Run each install program. Use the same serial
   number as before if requested.

PS. This does not seem to be at all AGA friendly!
