                 What's new in this stunning release?

 This  version  of  A-Max  2.51 is based upon the cracked version from
 'The  Wizz',  which has been released around August 1992.  Apart from
 some   rather   cosmetic   graphical   changes   like   the   updated
 Startup-Screen  and  the  use  of  a custom harddisk icon, the serial
 device  emulation  has  been  improved.   The original version simply
 falls  back to a lower data rate, if a data rate above 19200 has been
 requested.   As  the  Amiga hardware is able to cope with a sustained
 rate of 38400 baud and above, the driver has been modified to support
 the  additional  rates of 38400 and 57600 Baud, which can be found on
 'real' Macs.  The tuned-up emulation has been tested on an A3000 with
 some   terminal  programs  and  an  USR  DST  16.8  in  any  possible
 configuration  and  there  haven't  been  any data losses or transfer
 errors.   The  following  MAC  operating  system  versions  have been
 successfully tested with it:  6.0.7, 7.0.1 and 7.1.0.

 A small note at the end: The harddisk driver SCSI.AMHD fails to  work
 on (pirated  :-)  KS39.106 on the A3000, so you are advised to use KS
 36.xxx  or KS37.xxx instead, if you want to use A-Max.  In fact A3000
 KS39.106 users may exit the Kickstart bootmenu by clicking in the top
 left  corner to skip the Kickstart loading part and to enter the beta
 V36.xxx ROMS.  This hint only applies to the A3000; A4000 OS3.0 users
 can't use the SCSI.AMHD driver anyway.
