FINAL SETTINGS FOR ALL COURIER HST 14400 -> 16800 DUAL !

Well Since we have seen some settings over and over again for the HST I will
release my settings that i havely tested on several boards all over the world.
I think everyone should try over and over again too find his personal settings,
because it also depends on the remote modem on how YOUR cps is doing!! First
Everyone using Ami-Express on Kick 2.0 Install This in Your Config of Ami-Ex
 
    Config Screen 1 : Init Baud 38400  (for 14400 HST and DUAL)
 
  	              Init Baud 57800  (For 16800 HST and DUAL)
 
And This For All Kicks (1.3 and 2.0)
 
    Config Screen 3 : Modem Init AT&n0b0&a3e1m1q0v1x1s2=043s7=255s12=255
 
The Serial Preferences should be like this (on kick 2.0) :
 
    Baud : 	31.250
 
    Input Buffer :	65.536
 
    And:     RTS/CTS    NONE-8-1
 
When Using Jr-Comm (Best Program around as far as I know!) be sure to install
the following things : 
 
	Use OVERDRIVE in the TRANSFER PARAMETERS ! and turn RELAXED TIMING OFF

        Set The Serial (Kick 2.0) on 38400 - NO XON/XOFF !

        Turn on CTS/RTS in the General Parameters

And one more thing, people are always saying you should use the ASCII and not
ANSI codes....well ANSI slows down the TEXT ouput (when you have TERMINAL 8 
COLORS) but DOESN'T SLOW DOWN THE TRANSFERS !!! and Doesn't Ansi Look much
nicer on a bbs ?? 
All Ami-Express Sysops work real hard to install some cool Ansi's, well isn't
that worth an effort of getting the NICE COLOR TEXT even when you have to wait
1 or 2 seconds more ?
