Project D: Update Policies/Procedures                          3-Apr-1989

 ** ALL PROJECT-D UPDATES WILL BE PROCESSED BY FULLER COMPUTER SYSTEMS **
 ** EXCLUSIVELY.  NO STORE, DISTRIBUTOR, OR PERSON HAS BEEN AUTHORIZED **
 ** TO UPDATE YOU AT THIS TIME.                                        ** 

Parameter Upgrades for the BackupTool  will be available quarterly.   You
are  required  to RETURN YOUR ORIGINAL  Project D disk  with your upgrade
request.  There is a charge of $7.50 ($10.00 outside U.S.) for processing
for processing each parameter upgrade. Payment must accompany the request
and all REQUESTS MUST BE MADE BY REGISTERED owners of Project D.  Payment
must  be by check drawn on U.S. funds through  a U.S. Bank, or by a money
order in US funds payable to Fuller Computer Systems, Inc.   CREDIT CARDS
ARE NOT ACCEPTED.          Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

WARNING:              You should be aware that your Project D disk may be 
destructively  copied  which  means  any files  you add or changes to the
original disk may be destroyed. The parameter upgrade will be accumlative
with all  prior titles remaining,  enhancements of  older titles, and the
new titles added.  PLEASE MAKE A COPY OF PROJECT D BEFORE SENDING US YOUR
ORIGINAL DISK. We will replace original disk for registered owners within
10  (ten) days of purchase with the disk,  original registration, and the
original receipt  for no  additional charge.  Damaged disks discovered in
upgrading  will be  replaced  for $2.00  and your original disk returned.  
Other  replacements  will be  honored for  a $5.00 fee (Parameter will be 
dated as of last upgrade). WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE INCURRED
IN TRANSPORTING, STORING OR HANDLING.    If you want guaranteed delivery, 
please specify  and include either the  means or the funds to comply with
your request.  New manuals are $2.50 U.S. ($5.00 Outside U.S.).
