Mean By Doing That It Will Result In, They Taking A Free Ride To The First 
Positions Of The List With Their Total Uploads. So We Decided To Fix A New
System Never Used Before. It Goes Like This... The Difference Between The 
Months Total Upload And Download Togther Indicates The Boards Position In 
List. Here's An Example....

 Board2              UL:2478  DL:2512                 UL:2602  DL:2732

 Board1   UL Diff = 211  DL Diff = 89      Sum: 211+89  = 300
 Board2           = 124          = 220          124+220 = 344

Conclusion Board2 Wins.... Why Well Board1 Is More A Charity Board Cause Of 
It's Minor DL, Meanwhile Board2 Has New Stuff People Want, Thereby Also 
Downloading More Cause It's Newer..(Hopefulley It Works That Way) Anyway 
By Having This System There Will Be Greater Changes Between The Lists Each
Month (More Fun) And Newer Boards Will Stand A Chance To Get Higher Positions
