DirectoryOpus, Version 3.40, 12:25:20 CST, 12 Dec 1991 by Left Side Software P.O Box 289 Goodword, SA 5034 Australia © 1990,91 Jonathan Potter Distributed and Published By: INOVAtronics, Inc. 8499 Greenville Ave. Suite 209B Dallas, TX 75231 USA Phone: (214) 340-4991 BBS: (214) 357-8511 FAX: (214) 340-8514 Tech Support: (214) 340-4992 (11am until 3pm, CST, Monday-Friday) ****************** Update 10:09:30 CST, 16 Dec 1991 Oops again...Floppy disk users could not run Opus from the distribution disk without first running InstallOpus. Opus will now run correctly when its icon is double-clicked. To make sure all the features are available, you can use Opus to copy stopus.library and powerpacker.library to your libs: directory. Also, copy DOpusRT, AnimBrushViewer, AnimManager, DeckRunner, and ConfigOpus to your c: directory. These support files are normally installed for you when running InstallOpus. This version of Opus is new and improved, see the Addenda_V3.40 document for information on a number of new features and enhancements. If you are upgrading Opus from a previous version you must use the Convert utility to convert your old configuration files. Old config files will not function properly with Opus v3.40. See the Addenda file contained on this disk. Software contained in the Free_Software directory has PowerPacked documentation files. These doc files may be viewed from Directory Opus by double-clicking the filenames if the PowerPacker library is in your Libs: directory. ****************** Update 10:19:48 CST, 30 Sep 1991 Oops, We put the wrong version of STOpus.Library on the disk. The version now included will support the ContST command from Opus. Sorry about that. :-) DirectoryOpus:Libs/stopus.library (4884 bytes) ****************** Thanks for purchasing DirectoryOpus. NOTES ON INSTALLING DIRECTORY OPUS If you change the defaults for installing DirectoryOpus then you will need to adjust DirectoryOpus's default configuration with its configuration program. Also even though the default configuration of DirectoryOpus comes set up for the archiving utilities ARC, ZOO and LHARC, we have not provided those programs. You can find the archiving utilities on Fred Fish disks or in the public domain disks of your local user-group. The req.library is not installed by the installation program. It is not required for Directory Opus operation, but is required by some of the software in the Free_Software drawer.
