 This short instruction file is just a brief summary of some of the things
 covered in the instruction manual that accompanies the full version of
 this program.

 
 Hard Disk installation
 ----------------------

 BOOT FROM THE POWERBASE FLOPPY DISK
 Simply click the Install.HD icon and the program will prompt you
 for a little information before installing the PowerBase system to your
 hard drive or storage device.

 If you already have a previous version of PowerBase installed on your hard
 drive, I suggest you remove it manually before re-installing this version.
 There is no need to remove your database files though.  The whole PowerBase
 system will be copied to a directory which you specify on the hard drive
 partition you specify, e.g "Dh1:Pbase".

 If your hard disk isn't DH0: or DH1: , but simply a name then use that
 name when asked where to install to .e.g. SYSTEM:Pbase

 or prior to entering the install line for PowerBase enter the following:

 ASSIGN DH0: SYSTEM:

 if your hard drive partition is called SYSTEM: otherwise replace with
 whatever its called.

 Development
 -----------

 PowerBase is continually being developed, without user feedback the
 development of the program would be somewhat slower, so if you would like
 to see some of your ideas in the next version of PowerBase then please
 contact us.



 Compatability problems
 ----------------------

 PowerBase has been thoroughly tested on a A500+ (WB2) 1MB and A1200 (WB3)
 2MB.  We have also done a large amount of testing on other system and have
 found that the 68040 with 68882 FPU does cause compatibility problems.

 Some screen blankers have been found to cause problems when run at the
 same time as PowerBase , so you may need to remove it before running
 PowerBase.
