Initialisation:

The following are some typical control codes for Epson compatible
printers.
Important Note: they should be typed exactly as appears below:-

	^O					condensed mode (132 columns)
	^[E					emphasised
	^[G					double strike
	^[E^[G					emphasised and double strike
	^[(					NLQ
	^[4					alternate mode (italics)
	^[M					Elite (12 pitch)
	^[W1					enlarged mode
	^[p1					proportional spacing mode

Spaces Between:

It is now possible to specify the number of spaces (characters) between
each label when printing labels horizontally (0 to 99, defaulted to 1).

IMPORTANT NOTE for users of MailShot/MailShot Plus prior to version 1.10:
  Version 1.10 cannot read label files created by earlier versions.
  MailShot Plus users are advised to use the 'Load Text' facility to load
  their data as a text file.

Label Copies:

The maximum value for Label Copies has been increased to 999

CONTINUE - Main Menu Option
---------------------------

Select continue from the main menu to browse labels. Browsing may be paused
by pressing the SPACE BAR. Press SPACE BAR again to continue browsing or
press ESCAPE to exit.
