AVpaint runs with 1 Mb of CHIP memory, 1 Mb of FAST memory
and a standard M68000. Memory is pretty tight then, it is
therefore recommended that you close all possible windows
and CLIs before running the program on an A500 or A2000
with only 1 Mb of CHIP memory. AVPaint runs best under
AmigaDOS 2.0 and a M68030 with 2 Mb of CHIP memory and
2 Mb of FAST memory.

CAUTION: In one save mode, AVpaint uses a special non IFF ILBM
format, 'planeC', for images which is not recognized by AVideo.
It will blow AVideo. This format will no longer be used in
future, therefore avoid using this format.

AVPaint capabilities are fairly standard and you should not
find much difficulty running it. The main KEY actions are
listed below :

In text mode:

   Amiga/C  horizontal Centering of text line
   Amiga/V  Vertical Centering of text line
   Amiga/B  Bold
   Amiga/U  Underlined
   Amiga/J  Justified
   Amiga/I  Italic
   Amiga/+  increment or
   Amiga/-  decrement character spacing

When the menu bar is invisible, select tools using the following keys:

   P        Point
   L        Line
   R        Rectangle
   Shift R  Square
   E        Ellipse
   Shift E  Circle
   A        Aerograph
   B        Brush
   Z        Zoom
   T        Text mode
   F        Fill mode
   Del      undo
   C        Color selection
   M        cycle Modes: Solid -> Tint -> Blend -> Light -> Dark
   1 to 8   pen thickness


Some functions are accessible via double clicking:

   Point or Line gadgets :
         select pen thickness

   Rectangle, Ellipse or Fill :
         switch between line or area drawing,
         double clicking over palette gadgets
         selects shading filling.

   Aerograph :
         set point size and output flow.

   Text:
         select font




Various functions:

   Clear          Fills up the screen with black color, but
   Shift Clear    Fills up the screen with active color.


   Remove0        Replaces true black colour with the lowest intensity in
                  blue. In order to make this color non-transparent.
