   Jive is a nice little hack that changes your normal English text files
 into Jive.


                          O P E R A T I O N
                          =================

    Jive NEEDS a data file, in the CURRENT directory, that MUST be named
 "Jive.dat".  This file contains English words, and their Jive counterparts
 each followed by a "|".  PLEASE NOTE:  The English part must be a single
 word, and the Jive word(s) should be lower case, except for proper nouns.
 Also, there must be EXACTLY one word pair per line.

 For Example:

THE|de damn|
THIS|dis|
BECAUSE|'acuz|

  You may append your own words to the list, but note that it may contain
 no more than 100 words.




CLI FORMAT:

1> Jive <sourcefile> <objectfile> [-c]

(The '-c' option removes certain copious words that may be offensive to
 some of the more prudish folks.)




   Jive will almost certainly screw up the spacing of the file, especially
 if it contains headers.  The only solution is to go back in and manually
 remove and insert spaces where needed.  But that's easy for me to say.


P.S. : Just a final note, this is a Great program to use on the 'Doc' files
      for all your favorite programs that you post on the BBS Networks.

P.P.S. : Maybe, just maybe, we will release a Jive to English conversion
        so that you can read the docs to the programs that all the rest
        of us have "Jived." (But don't hold your breath.)

P.P.P.P.S (whew) : If you are one of those heartless software Pirates that
                   many are, ignore the following:
                   If some terrible pang of conscience grabs you for using
