This problem mainly lied in the area of the new parameter releases, may have been caused by some bad compiles in the program's works. All bugs (?) are presumed now fixed, so hopefully we won't have some upset people calling us saying the programs aren't working! I. General Enhancements for 2.0 A. Project D now sports the AmigaDOS Release 2 "NewLook". B. Fully compatible with AmigaDOS Release 2 as well as 1.3. C. New file requester used throughout Project D. D. Audio "beep" option available in most tools. E. Easy to use hard disk installation utility. F. All tools now have a common exit point. The last item in the MiniTools menu is "Quit ". G. All menu items now have keyboard equivalences for faster usage. H. Project D can now open an interlaced screen. II. BackupTool A. New user interface. Simplified option controls. Backup controls are now screen gadgets for easier use (removed menu). B. AutoMAGIC Parameter mode now indicates the parameter it is using for the backup operation. C. Enhanced MANUAL PARAMETER selector including new scroll gadgets for easier use. D. TrackTool features are now a part of the BackupTool. E. Uses SIMPLE_REFRESH windows and requesters for minimal memory overhead. F. Smaller, more efficient, parameter file format. G. Optional audio BEEP added for errors and completion notification. H. VERIFY, AUDIO BEEP and CLEAR ERRORS controls available without leaving copy process. I. Keyboard selectable QUIT capability added. III. OmniTool A. New user interface. Enhanced option controls. B. Enhanced file/catalog tagging. Allows assigning of entries to several catalogs at the same time. G. Uses SIMPLE_REFRESH windows and requesters for minimal memory overhead. H. MERGE any number of catalogs to a new catalog easily. I. PURGE a Disk ID from multiple catalogs easily. J. New AUTO SELECT feature allows quick changing of tags for entries. K. Now displays Time and Largest available contiguous block of memory. C. MiniPrefs - Allows temporary changing of the Printer's text Preferences without leaving Project D. Also allows editing of the Project D mouse pointers and screen definition. D. PopDecoder - Creates a backup copy of a Populous disk. E. ShowText - Text file reader. 1. You can send the file you are reading to your printer. 2. Allows you to load any text file for viewing/printing. 3. Scroll through files using cursor keys. F.
