These programs will hopefully allow sysops running an Ami-Express BBS system
(or compatibles like the cool S-Express) to have much more CONTROL over using
the system from their local side of things. Basically these tools are CLI/
Arexx equivalents of the GUI Ami-Express SERVER COMMANDS. This means for
instance you could write a CLI script and assign it to a key. Then on the
touch of a key you can execute ANY of the commands you could do by using
the Ami-Express Server. For instance say the sysop has a local node thats
personal to himself he could write a few cli script lauching the provided
tools (in this case SV_SYSOPLOGIN) that would automatically locally log 
him in node 0! Another example is shutting down any node you wish from
a CLI or Arexx script.. this improves the functionality and usefulness of
any CLI or Arexx script.. Get writing some simple scripts now!!! (should
only take a few lines to write some really neat Door utilities with them!)

CLI Equivalent Commands exist for all the standard AMIX Node Server commands
eg; SV_Accounts, SV_Uniconify, SV_Iconify, etc. Take a look and experiment
with these very useful little commands.

NB: Please note; ALL these commands can only be used *ONCE* Ami-Express is
running and the server is active. The Server can startup in Iconified mode
if desired. This does not effect the functioning of these commands.

Also note then that the "SV_STARTNODE" can only activate a node if the
Ami-Express server is already active! 

Why is each command seperate? Well the reasoning behind this is that
some are pretty sensitive.. ie; SV_AEShell so you may wish to leave these
offline..
