Okay coool!! well these Doc's!! aint typed by mat!! so this is what
i know ofthe util!!!! cool!! well basically!!!! all text between the 
(2 ESCAPE Codes) will be sent to the bottom of the text file!! as such..

i hope ya can see!! what i mean by the ESCAPE CODEZ.... the escape codez
act as a blank line!!!! and text on the bottom of the last Double Escape 
code!!! will be place above the escape cpde ontop... okay cool!!! the usage
is simple!! just a simple!!!

MCV1.0 (FILENAME) were filename is the filename with the escape codez 
                  present in the text file... owell thats about it 
             

Thats about all the doc's i can produce!! as it aint my Util!!! but a real
handy one if ya run it on ya loggoff script!!! it will send!! the BOX of
text to the bottom!! every tme someone log's off... owell thats about it!
