SHUTTLE TROUBLE After 3 years of pause in Space Shuttle project, 'coz of explosion of Chalenger, over Cape Canaveral program Shuttle was continued by 26th mission of Space Shuttle. Mission with marks STS-28 (shuttle Columbia, commander Broaster Shou), STS-33 (shuttle Discovery, commander Frederick Gregory) and STS-36, STS-38 has a military mission. But in mission of shuttle Atlantis STS-34 there were Magellan interplanet probe put into Earth orbit, and in STS-34 there was launched Gallileo probe from Earth orbit to Jupiter, and missions continued with launching probes like Ulyssyes and Astro-1. Even in flight STS-29 in January 9-20 1990 there were some orbital correcting of LDEF probe. Then a communication satellite Sincimm F-5 was placed in orbite. In the 1990 there was two secret missions, first Atlantis - 28.02.1990 and second ??.??.????. In first mission recon satellite AFP-732 (18 tons - cost about 500 millions $) was placed in orbit with mission to observe airspace over the Black Sea and over 80% airspace over Russia. Both shuttles has lander in Edwards AFB. And now in April of this year NASA launched a Shuttle Endevour to be replacement for lost Chalenger. Will be continued in the next issue...  JERRY/PLS
