What happened to THE BEACH PARTY Here is a letter that I (Lord) received from my friend some time ago. I think it's a kind of open letter and it also explains why The Beach Party was canceled, so I decided to publish it. Here it is... Hello! We're really sorry to tell you that THE BEACH PARTY is canceled! We really hope that this bad news won't get serious effects on your summer projects. But 8 days before this event, we had to cancel all! Here are coming the facts... As you must know there have been spreaded many faked rumours on the scene and especially on the french scene. The beach Party should have really been the best party ever made in France! We wanted to design a new kind of party with great prizes, funny events... As the place was really nice (Yes!!! Martigues is a really lovely, nice town!) and well situated (near nice beaches), we could organize many funny events. (Just have a look at the paper invitation or the second or third BeachTro!) But some jealous persons didn't care about that... The last facts that destroyed the party: The town hall where the party should have took place got a phone call from a guy telling that the party would be illegal, that it would be a party for pirates, that the cops will come etc... When they got the call, I was in the Netherlands and the other organizers in Martigues were on holidays too. The town hall tried to call us, but of course no answer.. When we came back home, we met the persons in the town hall and they informed us about this call... And they informed themselves about the stuff that could hide a such copy party. We were all shocked and tried to explain them that it will be a legal party, but too late!!! They didn't send the electricians to the party place to fix the electric network. And now it's too late to be ready in time! Some days ago we got an anonymous call as well. But we didn't care about that (we should have!). The guy just told that we could cancel the party!! And that it won't take place... We of course think it's the same person who called us and who called the town hall. We don't really understand such acts! Is it really impossible to design a good party without getting lamers' acts on our back??? Now everything is over. We, in EOC 1999 Fr, are really fed up with all that and the scene. Yes... The scene... What a joke!!! When you see that there are so many stupid persons behind this word who think only to themselves, to be the first... But now, names must be cited! We'd like to thank these Frenches for their contribution to the destruction of our work... Rhah (ex-PMC): Why all this shit? Why did you spread all your shits? Some guys are afraid of you because you know nearly everybody on this scene. But we don't care about that! You're just a stupid person! Too bad that your contacts can't know you better and see your real face!!! I won't tell more about you, anyway I think most people already know your real personality! Conquest, Titan (ANARCHY Fr.): It's really easy to laugh on our back and tell shits about our party. Do you think you're two stars because you bring the name 'Anarchy'?? You're nothing at all! But it's sure you could be jealous of our party! Devils-EOC 1999-HMD could organize a great party and Anarchy Fr. not... I saw the last Chit Chat #6 by Mirage... What a joke when I read your BlaBla with your photo. Hey! Have you succeded in catching a dutch girl by staying all the time at Darkman's place watching videos, Amiga, Playboys... I don't think so! We don't like liers!! I don't understand how you can be an Anarchy member!! After you came back to France, you used the Minitel and told bad stuff about us!! It's sure that you're protected behind a keyboard! But next time, tell your shits when we're in front of you! Also thanks to Voice of Delight. You know now the main actors of this tragedy... I hope the anonymous person who gave a call to the town hall isn't in this list... We take part in this tragedy too.. We didn't think that organizing a such party could create such reactions! We're really sorry for all those who've planed to visit it and to release something. We hope you won't be too disappointed. Please inform your friends that it won't take place. We don't want that you do a long travel for nothing! I'm leaving now this big joke (the scene and all its gossip) with the main heads behind EOC 1999 Fr.
